Members Only

Much of the content on the "Members Only" website is restricted to JFW members only for privacy and security reasons.

It is important for members to set up their access to the "Members Only" areas. Please continue reading to learn more and to get help, if needed.

Username

Each adult member of the AJFWA is provided with a username. This is a Google account, but is not (by default) an email account. This account gives you access to all AJFWA member content on the "Members Only" website including the JFW events calendar, news, resources for leaders and members, event details , board and committee mailing lists, region and club information, Online Store and Events Registration, and much more. It also gives members access to the specific files they need if they are part of a club executive, regional council, committee, or the AJFWA board.

Multiple Google Accounts

Multiple Google accounts can present a difficulty.

Browsers will default to whichever account was logged in first, so you may find that each time you click on a new page, or open a document, you get a permissions error and have to select your @ajfwa.ca account all over again. Two suggestions to solve this:

1. Log out of all other google accounts, then log into your JFW account, or

2. Use a different browser for JFW purposes (We recommend Firefox & Chrome. Safari, Opera and others also work but not as well.)

Logging in is easy, and once successfully logged in, your browser will be able to save your login for later.
